This is a black satin-style dress, with green trim and a jagged hem and arms making a fabulous witch's dress. The padded witch's hat, has a black elasticated chin strap to keep it secure. The third part of this great outfit is the broomstick with orange handle and elasticated wrist strap so that you don't drop the broomstick (or your human staff don't lose it!)
