Accuracy of our Website
Whilst we endeavour to ensure our website is accurate and prices are up to date, occasionally errors may occur. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order we will inform you as soon as possible. You may then reconfirm your order at the correct price, or cancel that item. If we cannot contact you the item will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Owing to differences in colour perceived by different computers and mobile phones, colours may vary slightly from the pictures.
Prices
Prices shown are in pounds sterling. Other prices shown in alternative currencies are only an indicator, based on third party currency rates over which we have no control. The actual cost to you will be charged in pounds sterling (£) and converted by your card provider to your local currency. Any fees issued by your card provider to you must be paid by you along with your other charges to your card provider.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any item received, or if any items are missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us at info@stuffiestuff.com within 48 hours, or call us on 07952 408964 (outside UK +44 7952 408964). We will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Please contact us prior to returning any item(s) so we can correctly process your replacement or refund, as applicable.
Once you place your order, you have a legal right to cancel the order which ends fourteen days after you receive your order. While we provide a full refund to buyers for an order if it is returned, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay to return the items - in as new condition - unless the item is faulty. A deduction may be made if an item is deemed to have been handled excessively. The refund will be paid either on receipt of the goods by us.Â
