This is made in Odessa, Ukraine by Philomena Kloss for their adults (40cm/16in tall) for carrying important stuffie stuff (snacks!) The straps are adjustable, the main compartment has a zip fastening and there is a front pocket. There is a top loop for hanging up the bag
